Hey Real Life,

Let me start by saying how honored and humbled I am to have the opportunity to serve as your next Lead Pastor. When Rusty began to share the story of Real Life, describe the mission and vision, and share stories of how God has been using you all, it perfectly aligned with what God had placed on my family’s heart for the type of church we’d love to lead.

In fact, when we helped start a church and could have chosen any mission statement, we chose to help people find and follow Jesus.

What God has been able to do through Real Life Church over the last 24 years is not normal, and as I step into this role, my prayer is that we will never settle for normal!

I want to thank the board for trusting me with this responsibility, the team and volunteers who do incredible work every week, Rusty for his leadership over the past 20 years, and Mike Breaux for being an incredible mentor and leading Real Life during this transition.
